FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
GDYNIA, POLAND

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow under the supervision of the territory Financial Controller/Finance Director
- Validate automatic and prepare manual General Ledger postings
- Complete reconciliations of Balance Sheet items and interfaces as appropriate
- Obtain measures and information for reporting purposes
- Execute general accounting period- end routines
- Perform GL close processes
- Prepare other management reports and analysis as required
- Liaise with Finance teams
- Prepare and draft statutory accounts in accordance with local IFRS requirements

Skills &Experience Required:
- degree in finance or accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting role
- knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- Exposure to international shared service environment
- Good working knowledge of SAP Financials
- Excellent Ms Excel skills
- Ability to operate in an international environment and within tight deadlines

Language Skills:
- Business English language skills (oral and written)
- Ability to effectively communicate in another European language will be a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of Polish is an advantage but is not necessary
