Our client, an international FMCG company - leader in its branch, is seeking to recruit a IS Manager.
This position will be responsible for providing Information Systems strategy, design, implementation and support to the manufacturing business unit in Poland.

Requirements:
- Master Degree in Computer Science or related
- 5- years experience in managing systems and infrastructure on similar position
- Server systems management experience (Windows/Unix/Linux/VMWare)
- Proven experience in ERP implementation; preferably with QAD applications
- Practical knowledge of IP networks and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and tools
- Awareness of IS Security and best practices
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Fluent in English is a must

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement hardware/software in accordance with group standards
- Manage day- to- day IT operations in local structures
- Manage the network/computing infrastructure including telephone systems
- Support of ERP and other IT systems
- Lead, encourage and train users in the use of IS systems, applications and interfaces
- Provide proactive support to users at all levels and locations
- Manage local IS projects and participation in international projects
- Cooperate with external support contracts (suppliers, service providers)
- Communicate and interface with headquarter and other divisions
- Manage and control budgets for the business IS function
- Ensure Security and Governance policy
