Our client is an international consultancy providing management consulting services. They have a proven international experience in providing advisory in the following areas: strategy development, restructuring, post- merger, change management, project management business improvement and business process reengineering.
After the successful development of their home market, Poland was chosen as one of high potential markets within their international expansion plan. To enable success on our local market they are interested in establishing a strategic partnership with an experienced and business- oriented professional. This is a unique opportunity to manage start- up of the company in Poland. As the Partner, the successful candidate will cooperate directly with the Regional Managing Partner.

Requirements:
- Academic background, preferably with MBA or post graduate qualifications
- Minimum 8- 10 years of experience with one of the leading/blue chip strategy consulting companies
- Ability to develop the business and win management consulting projects
- Expertise in at least one of the following fields: manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales forces, finance
- Successful track in delivering consulting projects
- Ability to deal with internal/ external contacts at all levels
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Interest in developing a new company and building professional brand in consulting industry

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop company on daily basis
- Develop business and win clients (client relationship, negotiation, closing)
- Manage and coordinate projects delivery (project team leadership, seeking sell - on opportunities)
- Identify new solutions
- Coach and mentor team members
