Our client is a leading International B to C company present in Poland since 1995. To strengthen its position and continue its growth in Poland (500 employees), we are currently looking for their new Sales Director to intensify the sales. This challenging position requires very strong interpersonal skills to lead a team of 40 persons in a dynamic and creative company on a highly competitive market.
Requirements:- Strong sales personality with a proven successful experience in sales through a large network of distributors (agents, specialized retail chains
)
- Self- starter with leadership abilities to motivate sales teams to exceed their target
- Energetic personality with high orientation on people development and team building
- Entrepreneurial minded, with a strong culture of results
- Passionate with the ability to sell an entertaining product / service
- Fluency in Polish &English
Responsibilities:- Manage the Polish sales department (9 direct reports) defining, implementing and controlling the company commercial strategy to increase turnover and profit
- Develop the sales market by maximizing the results in the different sales channels (BtoB, specialized distributors, retail, direct sales)
- Animate a wide and diversified network of distributors and partners
- Lead and motivate the sales team with high orientation to quality and customer needs
- Control communication quality of the various financial information and reports requested
