• we are seeking a Team Lead to manage all the execution according to the project work plan on behalf of ATS on project site. Candidate must be a skilled technical manager with profound knowledge within the Microsoft, Cisco and Electro, and Optic environments. In this position the candidate will be responsible for leading a small technical team across the project integration and acceptance phase, prioritize the tasks, manage the daily activity, monitor and reflect the project status, and act as the point of contact for the project site project manager. Key Responsibilities:,
• prioritize, allocate, and manage team resources to tasks on a daily basis Coordination between all the required resources,
• participate in all the groups tasks and activities,
• communicate with the site project manager Manage the site bug defects and reflect “real time” status,
• report out to the direct manager on daily basis,
• participate and present the team activity and accomplishments during on site project status meetings,

• candidate must have exceptional communication and soft skills; able to support key internal clients and stakeholders; negotiate with external suppliers; and able to manage your own Technical Projects from start to finish. Candidate must be a team player. Required Background & Experience:,
• electronics, Electricity, or other technical degree (Engineer),
• 3 years experience as team lead of small mid technical operation,
• experience with integrations, troubleshooting, and system analysis,
• experience with Windows, video systems, and networking environments,
• ability to work in a dynamic environment,
• excellent English verbal, reading, and written skills,
• driving license - required,
